Waitrose audits new suppliers

Waitrose, the UK supermarket retailer, is set to audit all of the suppliers for the new Heston Blumenthal range.

According to this FoodManufacture.co.uk article, “The products will be sourced from “existing Waitrose suppliers who are known and trusted”, a Waitrose spokeswoman said.
