BBC News reports, ‘Global businesses have called for a legally binding and comprehensive international deal on climate change. A binding agreement on emissions reductions would encourage business to invest in low-carbon technologies, a statement from 150 businesses said.’

Nike returns to Pakistan According to an article in Ethical Corporation, Nike plans to return to making footballs in Pakistan.

From what I understand of the Pakistan soccer ball industry, it’s a tough place to work. Not just for workers, many of whom, for cultural reasons, must work at home in pretty poor economic conditions.
