Stern Helps Launch New Carbon Ratings Agency

The UK Government’s climate change adviser, Sir Nicholas Stern, helped launch an initiative aimed at illustrating how clarity and transparency can boost investment and increase chances of companies delivering effective emissions reductions, Environmental Leader reports.
