New Food Safety Website for smaller firms

Small and medium food companies often struggle with food safety requirements. The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) has created a website to help small and medium size firms better manage their food safety. Predictive Microbiology Information Portal (PMIP) is a very helpful tool that provides information in the field of predictive models for food borne pathogens, regulatory policies and guidelines, and microbial data.
