Episode 1 in the LRQA Food Safety Video Podcast Series is an interview with Cor Groenveld, one of the world’s leading food safety experts. Cor is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Food Safety Certification. The foundation are the owners of FSSC 22000, which combines ISO 22000 and PAS 220 to offer a comprehensive food safety solution for food organisations and their suppliers. In episode 1, Cor talked about his role as with the FSSC, as well as the importance of food safety to organisations and their stakeholders.
