In December the European Commission will announce its highly anticipated proposals for revisions to the EU ETS. The key focus of this announcement is expected to be emissions allowances and allocations, harmonisation, linking and expansion.

As carbon industries gear up for Phase II of the EU ETS they will have to consider the impact of these new proposals on their own compliance requirements, risk and certainty assessments and long term competitiveness.

The ENDs 3rd annual Emissions Trading conference will analyse the European Commission’s new proposals and outline what they will mean for existing scheme members and new entrants. The conference will also provide essential guidance on how to comply with new Phase II commitments.

Delegates will learn from a combination of essential policy updates and indispensable industry feedback.
