This podcast is a recording of the speech that I gave at the ENDS Report Emissions Trading Conference on 30 January 2007.
In my speech, I discuss new challenges related to effectively monitoring, reporting and verifying emissions under revised monitoring and reporting guidelines in the EU, and what the revised guidelines actually mean.
