Anne-Marie Warris

Anne-Marie Warris Dr Anne-Marie Warris is Technical Director: Climate Change for LRQA. She ensures the technical integrity of LRQA climate change services and liaised with external bodies and governments on climate change.

Anne-Marie also gives expert advice to the International Organization for Standardization TC207 (ISO 14000) committees. She is specifically involved in those which focus on greenhouse gas - ISO 14064, the joint CASCO/ISO committee of accreditation requirements for greenhouse gas and ISO 14001. She provides input to the European accreditation committee on greenhouse gas where she acts as Secretary. Anne-Marie is vice chair of ETG Limited, which is a forum for emission trading issues within the UK. She is also chair of the working group on verification, monitoring and reporting of the ETG Limited. She is involved with the developments of a voluntary carbon standard.

Anne-Marie holds an MBA from London Business School, a PhD in Combustion from Imperial College, and a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden.
