2008 Budget - does it really address climate change?

The Chancellor has fallen a long way short of his promise to put sustainability at the heart of today’s Budget, says Friends of the Earth. In a budget widely proclaimed as the Greenest budget ever Alistair Darling failed to take any bold measures to confront Climate Change, a recent article reports.
